An Act clarifying a statute relating to persons who may legally               
marry; relating to same-sex marriages; and providing for an                    
effective date.                                                                
                                                                               
Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent to                   
withdraw the motion.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
